It is not everything that yields to prayer. Some things don’t yield to prayer; they yield to repentance. In the same vain, the only prayer a sinner can pray to God is a prayer of repentance.

Sex goes beyond the physical activities; it is also emotional and basically spiritual in nature. Man has no problem with God until he disobeys His commandment. Adam and Eve were living under Gods presence without any conflict but the day they disobeyed God instruction, they saw the red eye of God.

It is noted that every other sin can be resisted; submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you; James 4:7 KJV, but sexual sin must be flee from;  flee fornication every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body; 1 Corinthians 6:18 KJV.

Also, every other sin are done outside our body, sexual sin is against our body. Some problems cannot be solved by fasting; they can only be resolved by the right application of the Word of God.

That majority or everybody around you is doing it doesn’t mean it is right. Majority without God is a loser but minority with God is a winner. Let look as Noah in the Bible as an example, he and his family were the only family that believed and stood on the word of God; he was the minority while the majority were mocking him but they were all destroyed and ended up been a loser. The largeness of the number of people travelling on the wrong road does not make it the right road.

When you release yourself sexually to somebody, it blocks your vision, removes you from the power of the Almighty and brings a lot of deep bondage to your life.

The fact that a person has indulged or indulging in regular non-marital sex without any seeming repercussion doesn’t mean that judgment will not come; Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap; Galatians 6:7 KJV. When you plant a seed, you don’t get to harvest it immediately; it will take time for it to be harvested. What you are doing now is seed sowing, the harvest will surely come.

Conclusion: Sex can be compared to an atomic energy; when used rightly it can be beneficial in use such as generation of electrical energy but when use wrongly it can be destructive in nature such as in bomb. Sex can only be use rightly in marriage and not before marriage. Not everything is all about deliverance; certain things do not require deliverance; they only submit to character rearrangement.
