Faith is a relationship; it is a lifeline between God and the regenerated man.  But without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and he is the rewarder of them that diligently seek Him, Heb 11:6 (KJV). Faith is the strength and vitality of Christianity. Faith at work is Christianity on the move.

The just shall live by faith simply means life can only be sustained as long as faith is at work. Outside of faith man merely exists. It is faith that turns existence into living.

You cannot kill faith, therefore you cannot kill a man of faith. Life is a battlefield, you can only win by faith. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith, 1 John 5:4 (KJV).  So, you are not a loser until you lose faith.

If you want to continue to break limits in life, then faith must be a lifestyle. It is a choice to choose what is right and to refuse what is wrong even if it requires you to suffer for a period.  Faith demands the totality of your being to guarantee its effects in every area of your existence.

God created you for a mission and it requires faith to arrive at the destination of such mission. Therefore, every of our actions must be geared towards arriving at the destination.

Every seconds of our life is very significant because we are where we are presently by the decision we make in the past. In the journey of faith, you may look like a wonderer at the onset but at the end you will be turned into a wonder. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whitter he went, Heb 11:8 (KJV) Your destination defines and pattern your passage.

Faith Is A Profession

Faith is not just making confession, claiming and saying something. Confession is what you say; profession is what you do. Let Us Hold Fast The Profession Of Our Faith Without Wavering; For He Is Faithful That Promised, Heb 10:33 (KJV). It is confession coupled with commitment through actions that equals profession.

Faith Is Love Based

The operation of faith demands establishing relationship with God to produce. Faith works solely on the platform of love. For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. Gal 5:6 (KJV).

Love for God is the cure for doubt because if you can succeed in loving God with all of your heart, then believing Him becomes natural with you.  Until your love for God is accredited your faith is not certified.

It is love that takes you into the realm where your relationship with God remains intact with or without material blessings.  Example of faith is the faith of our covenant fathers which chooses to lose even if it means losing.

The reason people complain that God has not blessed them with material thing is because they love those things more than God. Faith without love centers on material things; according to Hebrews 11:1 “faith is the substance of things hoped for” But love centers on relationship, relating with the giver rather than the gifts. Faith focus on gift but love focuses on God (Giver).

Conclusion:  It is when faith is operated in love that goes beyond things to relating with God and having a covenant work with God. Even if you lose your faith make sure you don’t abandon your love for God, because if a woman loses a child and she still has her womb, there is hope that she will have another child.

Therefore, if faith is lost and love is in place, there is hope that faith can be revived again. Rather than focusing on things, let’s start building our relationship with God. The first thing to check in your faith is your walk with God.

Jesus Is Lord!
