Nothing will happen to a situation or desire that you do nothing about. Just like Newton laws of motion which state that an object will continue to remain at rest until an external force is applied. The object is liken to our desire while the external force is liken to our action taken.
Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. James 2:18 KJV
Those who do nothing to accomplish their goals groan at the end. There is no challenge-free track on earth.
Whatever reason will not let you take steps in pursuing the guidance you have received from God will ultimately rob you of it’s fulfillment in life.
For us to accomplish our purpose in life there are some key factors that must be considered to give us an edge towards achieving our desire speedily.
All we need to do is to discover these factors and position ourselves perfectly for a victorious ending. The key factors to help us in accomplishing our purpose, vision and ambition in life are highlighted here.
There is a gift God has deposited in a man to be activated in order to accomplish God purpose for him.
A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men Proverbs 18:16 KJV.
God purpose for us is associated with His gifts and He doesn’t withdraw His gift from us no matter what you do.
This means we have an inbuilt gift deposited in us at birth by God and God never takes it away from us even if we have decided not to follow Him. But following Him makes the gift much more profitable.
In the callings and elections of God, your human qualifications are your disqualifications whereas your natural disqualifications are what qualify you. God is our qualification for whatever task He has given us; without Him we can do nothing.
But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty. 1 Corinthians 1:27 KJV
Whatever our purpose on earth may be; it is a contribution to the Kingdom of God. The quality of your planning is what determines the quality of your final outcome in life.
According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth there upon. 1 Corinthians 3:10 KJV
If you fail to plan then you plan to fail. No matter how great a vision may be without an adequate plan in place it will only become a reality in the dream world.
Time factor in pursuing a purpose or vision is very important. The time you receive a calling, inspiration or idea may not necessarily be the time for its take- off.
I had my inspiration for writing because of my passion for reading since my high school period which was 14 years back but i was able to start my writing a year ago which was the launching of Word Impacts.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Habakkuk 2:3 KJV
If i had decided to go into writing the year I received the inspiration of writing, i would have ended up frustrated and lost the interest long ago because there was no provision for it and no knowledge on what it takes in writing.
The appointed time for my passion in writing was getting nearer when i was invited by an organization few years ago to write on their blog with an incentive even as an amateur because i have never written on a blog site before and don’t even have any idea on blogging prior to their invitation.
I never knew it was part of the training God was giving me to pursue my vision in writing. God’s time to execute a vision is a time of safety, miraculous provisions and favour.
An understanding of the time schedule in fulfilling vision is a sign of maturity because only children hear things and want them immediately.
To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven Ecclesiastes. 3:1 KJV
You are a soldier in the army of God; don’t go marching at your own order. Not been obedient to God’s timing may put a seal upon your doom.
God’s miracles, supplies and encounters will only meet you when you are in His chosen location. Wherever God send you must be the best place for you.
Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee. Genesis 12:1 KJV
The rate of success at any location is determined by the degree of location precision. You don’t have to be in UK to be OK; success is not from abroad but from above. If success in life is environmental based then a group of people in a particular settlement will all be successful.
Consistency is the mark of champions. Many lose too cheaply because they quit too soon; the name of the game is consistency.
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus Philippians. 3:14 KJV
Until there is a press there can’t be a release. You don’t wish in the labour room, you push for a delivery. That you failed before doesn’t mean it is final. Failure is just an event not a destination.
If God could experience the event of failure when He created man but still find an alternative for our restoration, then who are we to complain about our failed events.
And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved Him at His heart. Genesis 6:6 KJV
Persistence precedes perfection because winners never quit and quitters never win.
Conclusion: Success in life is never a game of luck, it must be deliberate. It is preparation with opportunity that leads to a successful outcome in life. Whatever we don’t prepare for we cannot possess. God has already deposited what it takes to pursue and accomplish our purpose in life, therefore, our part to play is through the discovery of such deposit called gift and to activate such gift through the help of God. Aside from our gift, the place of planning, appointed time, appointed place and persistence must never be neglected for a successful outcome in the pursuit of our calling, purpose and desire in life.
