Life is an adventure and how we engage with its substance determines the destination of everyone. The most wanting substance that strives with God in the life of a human is the god of gold.

The god of gold is also referred to as money. Money has been a source of doom to most people when it becomes an idol. The love of money has shifted a lot of destiny for permanent destruction.

Some people can do anything to get money even if it takes taking the life of others or ruining anyone to get money. It is not because people love the devil that is why they are serving him but they love the deceitful money they get from him.

It is better to be slow and sure than to be fast and fall.  Until we tame our love for money, life will continue to be a risk. Get your mindset prepared while I show you some action you should take to be free from the god of gold.

Be Contented

Until you are contented, you remain covetous. The moment money is what determines your mood, you are already enslaved by it. I was ones a subject of the attitude. Anytime I get broke, nothing makes sense to me anymore even to the point of my relationship.

I feel so alone that it hinders my communication with my friends and family. What you have is not what determines your value, but who you are. Your position with God is what determines your ultimate value among men.

And he said unto them, take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consist not in the abundance of the things which he possesses. Luke 12:15KJV

The kind of school you go to is not what determines one’s level of intelligence or future. Rather, your personal discipline is what determines your great future.

Invest in the Kingdom

Your riches becomes risky when God is kept out of it. When you are not rich towards God, no matter what you have, you are a poor person. When you have no account with God, no matter where you get to on this earth, you are on the floor.

But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which that hast provided? Luke 12:20 KJV

Lover of money will never have it, and those who get it through crooked means will be killed by it.

Be Faithful

Unfaithfulness is the number one way covetousness is expressed. It ground people making them unfruitful.

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. Luke 16:10 KJV

The reason people steal is simply that they already concluded that they can never have it. They are enslaved with a lack mentality. Unfaithfulness deprived people from the future supply.

Avoid Debt

The moment you start taking steps that are larger than your strides, you are cutting down your life without knowing. Whatever you don’t have now is not a need but a want and God is committed to meeting our needs only.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 KJV

There is a size for your present status, all you need to do is to locate it and be satisfied with it. Because you don’t reign as a debtor, you reign only as a lender. If you live your size per time, your size will know no limit.

To borrow money from someone to by shoes means you are wearing shoes bigger than your size. Ladies, to buy a necklace on hire purchase means you are choking your life.

Conclusion: When start cutting corners to make money; you are automatically cutting your life short. Wait till tomorrow to do what you can’t do today. Money is likening to a wing, no matter how fast you run on the ground you cannot catch. All you need to do is to align with its demand and it will fly to you. The money will always be scared of a debtor, so she will fly away from such a person. An unfaithful person is never a friend of money rather a slave of money. So, get to be free from these negative attitude toward money and our life shall be in shape in no time.
